I am looking for lyrics to Oh Death. I cannot seem to get the database to select that as a phrase.. It just spits up hundreds of song with those two words somewhere in the text.. Am I doing something wrong? Is this a bug?

Hi - if you want to search for a phrase, you have to put it in square brackets like this
[oh death]
I was surprised to find it came right up - I thought you'd have to have a few more words from the song.
-Joe Offer-

Click here if you're lazy and don't want to bother to search....

Put your query in brackets like this [oh death] and you will get what you are looking for~~cuts it to three choices, making it easy to find.

I am a slower typer (and thinker) than Joe. His statement was not there when I started.

Dale...... I don't think it will be too long before Joe posts the answer before the question is asked.

I've been nagging Max gently for months to put this link to the rules for searching ...and other hints for using the Database & Mudcat, in a more prominent place. Anything this complex and wonderful needs an easily accessible manual...(how do you explain to folk that searching the Forum and searching the Database are done differently?) How many of us actually USE the "new threads since your last visit" feature...or the "links posting" feature..??

Any ideas on how to integrate a 'how to' for newcomers to tkae the load off poor old Joe's shoulders?? (I know, he loves the adulation when he pulls one off.. (edited out) )still, if hints on how it all works were more easily available, it might all go smoother.

And Max...if you are reading this and were almost ready with new features, pardon my nag..(edited out) ..
