Can someone please tell me when and where I can get a copy of the New "Cara" (That's the North Lincs group) CD. Can't wait to hear it especially as it has "The Faerie Queen" on it. Well, where and when????
Best wishes.

Hi mate, I'm just farting about with the artwork. It should be going off to be pressed next week so we are hopeful of getting the thing to you and other bloke who wanted one in about four weeks. I hope that's OK. I will of course, be making a bit of a fuss about the hour and a bit of Caran noises in the weeks leading up to the arrival of "Long Forgotten". Whuich is what it's called. So there.

Patience is not my greatest virtue Les. As you know I am a Christian...so I prayed for patience.....I said "Lord, Please grant me patience and I want it NOW"!!!!.
Best wishes.

One nice men in Enniskillen is currently shoehorning an hour and six minutes of re-mastered niceness onto CD. Another is trying to figure out exactly what we were smoking when we did the design and "profoundly meaningless" sleeve notes (including a dedication to a certain impatient Christian quality tea service). All being well, we should receive proofs next week or the week after. It has a barcode on it as well.

Deanmeister will, for the second year running, be disbarred from receiving his own personal copy of "Long Forgottten".

They say good things come to those that wait & that's certainly true about the new Cara CD.

I still think it should be named "The Whelks o' Humber" and I will sell you the copyright to that for 57 pounds.

You know that KJ - she's lovely she is. And Fibulamatic - she's lovely as well. As as for Georgiansilver and Villan - absolutely lovely.

I like this thread, me.

You are too kind Sir Oaklet! A goodly knight who would suffer not varlets gladly, so to be on your honoured list is a true privelege.
I do believe though the trusty Knights are to rid the land of thieves and VILLAINS even if their spelling is off beam. Best wishes, Mike.

Yo george,
I got one of the young puppies in my office to do a "routemaster" for me to Market Rasen, and was surprised to see that it is only 30 odd miles from Hull.
I will have a chat with Hull smoking club over the next few days and see if anyone is up for a visit to the sarf bank.

You are all very welcome, but do I have to get CARA to have a 10 minute break between each number so that you can all nip out for a fag (meaning of course a cigarette) :-)

Ted..it is actually less miles than that as it is in Walesby Village Hall which for you is a few miles before Market Rasen.
Best wishes, Mike.

Villan,
I am afraid we must insist that Cara take up smoking before our visit. We want to see pipes full of rough shag hanging out of there mouths as they play. A small price for them to pay I am sure you agree.
             Flamenco the true path!
