Looking for the lyrics for a song that my mother used to sing:
Some of the words:
    In the dirty alleys of Chicago, with a pail and a lonesome dime.
    The pail was dry and so was I, so what do you think ???

Also:
    Beer, Beer with foam on the top, I could drink it til I drop ...
