Shanghai O'malley's is always looking for people to work the bar as bar managers. Cant comment on the terms and conditions.

There is also quite a bit of work to be had teaching English in the far east. China has gone mad over the teaching of English as it is seen as a good way to a better position.

What are your qualifications?

What do you want to do? What skills do have to offer? There are jobs but if you are transient, you may have to settle for tutoring, being a nanny or working in a bar.

Also - Where do you want to go?

China, Japan and Korea are hiring English teachers.

Lots of possiblities out there, but it would help, as others said, if we knew more about what you know how to do, or think you might know how to do.

Consult the MC's resident busking authority.

She appears to have traveled (the English-Speaking-Universe) without worry, care, rape, or legal intervention.

Post your resume - then all MC'ers can contribute.

i had a book a few years ago titled "Work your way around the world" covered things like fruit piking waitering nursing teaching etc. and gave info on what you need to work in that country and how to beat the system. Dont know if it is still around. should need a reprint though as it was about 5/6 years ago.
