It appears to be the same, but there are sample chord structures to guide you if you don't know a D+2 chord. Also, the second says it is in "Drop D" tuning. Another source says that Bob does the song in standard tuning. I know the chords are right 'cause it makes me cry to play it; just like Bob's version makes me cry when I hear it.
