Maurice Jarre wrote the musical score for the soundtrack. However, I understand that lyrics were written for that song and that it was actually recorded by Paul Anka. I was living in France when the film was first released back in the early 60s. If you have access to a scanner and could email me a scan of the score in .TIF (B&W only) I can produce MIDI/NWC/ABC files for Mudcat. I can't find a MIDI online anywhere and I don't know the tune.
