21 Oct 04 - 05:27 AM (#1302649) Subject: RE: Have all Lincolnshire people gone to bed From: Paco Rabanne Sleeping tip number 73:- 1) Don your favourite smoking jacket. 2) Fill your pipe with St Bruno rough shag. 3) settle down with a copy of mountain bike rider 4) Light pipe, inhale deeply, fall asleep. Simple really. St Bruno, the true path. |

21 Oct 04 - 06:25 AM (#1302685) Subject: RE: Have all Lincolnshire people gone to bed From: GUEST,KJ Do you not realise Les that beds are designed for other activities not just sleeping. Mind you so is the kitchen table, the washing machine ooooooooooooh, the stairs, the bath!!! etc etc etc. Sleeping is last on my list of pleasures!! |
21 Oct 04 - 06:27 AM (#1302686) Subject: RE: Have all Lincolnshire people gone to bed From: GUEST,BusyBee Paul at Work GS - The police have a wheelie nice place for keeping naughty cars! More seriously though, in the run up to Christmas and all that blatant, rampant consumerism, it's the idiots who leave all their shopping in full view in their cars who make the crime figures soar. The true spirit of the season gets lost in amongst all the hype. Having your car broken into isn't fun as I know from experience and is even more galling when there was nothing taken because it was empty anyway!. You'll have to learn not to get me on my high horse!. D PS: Had to get out of my Lincolnshire bed early this morning to attend a meeting at the local Police Station (just trying to get this thread back on track!). |
21 Oct 04 - 11:03 AM (#1302926) Subject: RE: Have all Lincolnshire people gone to bed From: Dave Bryant I agree with you KJ - there is only one thing deeper than the sleep of the just - the sleep of the just after ! |
