31 Oct 04 - 07:21 PM (#1312563) Subject: RE: November in St Albans UK From: breezy Oh yes it did the gal dun good - agin this is the 4th Spotlight she has perfomed and each one has been fresh, with quality and she puts much planning and thought into her selection of songs. She uses others to augment her singing which keeps the audience even more interested, thus singing accapella solo and as a duet with Steve Last. She used the 31st oct as a theme too Tonight she performed one song that had an engaging melody with words to match and didnt let on that it was one of her own compositions. It was a 'must hear it again song' She has built up a very strong repertoire over the last year. She will be at Staines Folk club on Mon8th Nov at the 3 Tuns along with the ref as support for the main act. tomorrow she'll be at Herga for their charity evening in aid of the Jubillee Sailing Trust |
