BS: Vote in Chinese if you can

(English follows)

Tomorrow morning the US election will take place. I will sit for 14 hours in a school, receiving from voters their ballots. At some point during that long day I shall request from one of my coworkers a Chinese-language ballot (because US law postulates that everyone in my county should have the right to cast a ballot in either English or Chinese) and I shall fill it out and insert it into the machine that eats the ballots. If you are an American citizen and have not yet voted, be sure to vote, and if you are in King County, I want to encourage you, too, to do so in Chinese (if you don't know Chinese, bring with you a list of the measures to be voted on so you can vote by the numbers (897, 884, 892, 55, etc.); the candidates' names will appear in English ortography on the Chinese ballot).

PS: In my Chinese voters' pamphlet, my legislative district is missing. Also, the pamphlet gives the Socialist Workers' Party's email address as the contact email for both the SWP *and* the *Constitution Party*!!

Actually, I had sushi. Very good sushi, FWIW. And I wrote myself in (in English) for Congress. FWTW. I wonder how one says (and writes) "sushi" in Chinese.

But of course sushi is pickled rice, not raw fish (sashimi). Sashimi is the most popular topping/filling for sushi, but by no means the only one. (Egg; cooked fish; vegetables...)
