Moor & Coast 2005?

Has anyone seen any publicity for next years Moor & Coast Fest? Are they having one?
They usualy have flyers out for the following year the previous summer & there's nothing on the website. I hope it's still on, I find it a nice start to the fest season & of course it's in Whitby.(nuf said)

I have just spoken with Glen Rogers.
It is definately going ahead on Friday/Saturday April29/30 and Sunday May 1st 2005.
He is just a tad behind on sending out all the splurge and updating the website.
So that has to be excellent news me thinks :-)
Cheers

Spoke to Glen at Sheffield Festival

MOOR AND COAST 2005 DEFINITELY GOING AHEAD NO DOUBT NO ARGUMENTS DEFINITELY

Hes begun to deliver his posters and fliers and I cant remember who was headlining but I know Dan McKinon is back over from Canada for it.

Usual suspects are on the poster too like MCFAT and Lady A and Old Git

so get yourself there - I think thats what glen said

Well the EuroGathering in Niort9 will be going ahead on the same dates SK8 with info going up on the 'Cat next week. As M&C and EG both have their separate constituencies and supporters I foresee no problems.

Peace

Bless that man Rogers!
He's been planning the 2005 festival since the last one finished!
Was let down though by his planned headliners, so that may be why he's late with the blurb.
But I for one will be there again, anyone for a late night shower?? ;-)

I am trying to brainbash my family so that we have a week on holiday up there, that week.

Enjoyed it very much last year.

Not sure yet if I will be up by the Friday or Saturday afternoon Duncan - depends on the accomodation start date.

Will you be around on the Saturday/Sunday as well?

The band are only booked on the Friday night - but I'll be making a weekend of it 'solo' all over the place

I'm not with you there. Do explain.

Duncan
I have to convince my wife and daughters that they shouldn't go to a new holiday place, but to Whitby.
I am winning with my daughers, but my wife is seeing through my desires to go.
So begins the brainbashing to convince everybody that it is the right thing to do. Maybe you call it brainwashing. :-)

Don't know where you've been going Guest, but it can't have been to the same place as me! I think Moor and Coast is great - one of the friendliest festivals (very friendly, if we're sharing a shower, Muppitz!!)

Geoff and I will definitely be there.

Just got this off of the Moor & Coast website. 29th, 30th April & 1st MAY 2005
(May Bank Holiday). Time . Anthony John Clarke · Dan McKinnon . Ben & Joe Broughton .Cross Current . Waking the Witch · Flossie . Emma & the Profesor · Copper Kettle . George Welch · Jim McDonald · Geoff Turner . The Scratch Band · David Livingstone . Coblers Monday · Judie Knight · Derek Elliot.

I have to say I have never heard of Time, Cross Current or Waking the Witch, any ideas?

I'll see you in the mens showers, approx 2am, probably every night/morning!! (That is if I don't see you in the Tap or Endeavor first!!)
Just make sure you bring your Geoff, and could you just ask him how he's doing with my Mother's "Great North Wall" (ahem!) as it were?

A couple of corrections/additions to the M&C website. 'Time' now reads 'Real Time', ah! all becomes clear. With the Duncan McFarland Band headlining.
Any invites for us to dance Ian?
