How time flies when you don't know what the hell's going on. Tom (curmudgeon) cooked me a wonderful dinner of scallops and leeks in a cream sauce on a bed of fettucini. Linn (Bat Goddess) made me a sinful cake a la rum scauce, and no candles, thankyouverymuch. I'm as stuffed as a tick. Luckily, they didn't offer me a waffer-thin dinner mint. |

I left the spare stomach in my sock drawer. I did stop on the way home to buy fizzy water. Came home, posted and lay around a bit, like a lion after it's eaten an antelope. I'm better now, but have fond memories of that meal. The day's gone, and it's the 5th of Dec - even on Kwajalein in the Marshall's (GMT -12 hours) - and therefore, somebody else's birthday.
