Hi John - If you mean "I Wish My Baby Was Born" they're playing it in Eb. Can't really tell what the fiddle's tuned to, but the banjo sounds like double Eb.

Found the guitar chords:
Capo 2

The basic chord pattern is Am C G, using the Am/B step-up to lead into
the C. The timing is essentially follow that of the Intro, but with
some slight variation...
