Prior notice to all American Catters - Robb Johnson , one of UK's more
highly regarde Singer/Songwriters is doing a tour with David Rovics ,
In February and March this year . Details can be found on David Rovics Website - http://www.davidrovics.com - Sorry but I am a thicko and cant do blue clicky things !
I have known Robb a good long time and have stolen songs off him on a regular basis . I would reccomend him to ANY discerning lover of well crafted songs with excellent guitar accompaniment .

Recommendation seconded!

He wrote "Rosa's Lovely Daughters", which people quite often seem to attribute to Si Kahn.....

"That's my mentor, he is..." says he proudly.

Robb can make you laugh and cry in the same song ("When Harry took me to Ypres", "Christmas down Hounslow High Street"...). He is England's number 1 songwriter, writing in 3 genres: folk - English chanson - postpunk rock. An absolute MUST SEE. No, THE absolute "must see".

"The world's a baloon and a handful of sweets;
you don't ask for the moon down Hounslow High Street"

so glad I booked him last year, didnt realise he had such pulling power.

Well worth checking out.
