The ocassional use those together by Moving Hearts and Davy Spillane are joys too. So, lovley Lads, which of the samples on the site are examples of this combination of instruments. 20 Jan 05 - 07:07 AM (#1383044) Subject: RE: Aren't them Cara lads lovely From: Pistachio Wrinkles - you WILL "like/thoroughly enjoy/sit back and relax to" the Long Forgotten cd. Waste no more time. It's delightful.I posted this on another thread in Dec. "The waterfall of guitar strings lets this masterpiece flow restfully and tho' I'd prefer a 'nice bottle of Red', I find this a soothing accompaniment to ease away the ironing, the writing of letters, the thoughts of what has been and what's to come. I've floated along and just about worn out the CD. Don't ask for a favourite track, it is a complete work of emotion, sensitivity and soul. Wonderful guitar, exceptional fiddle and haunting pipes and whistles, enough said. Hazel |
