They even admitted before $mas that they were likely to lose one parcel in 3 because of untrained (cheap) casual delivery staff dumping mail rather than walk their rounds in the cold. Apparently if there's no-one in and the parcel won't fit the box, they leave it on the doorstep for anyone to help themselves rather than carry it back. Having said that, I did get mine (from bet in Alaska) - the mail man left it with the lady next door. Hopefully he'd do the same with Carole's if it made it this far. Happy New Year Andrew |

Last year I had to chase the Post Office for about a month to get the wonderful parcel that Sorcha had sent me.
