02 Feb 05 - 05:36 PM (#1397130) Subject: BS: Police fire shots in Lincolnshire From: Linda Kelly I felt quite uplifted by this story- for the first time in its history police in Lincolshire discharged their weapons- no one was hurt. There is now an official enquiry by the police complaints board. The first time in its history-perhaps we are not such a crime ridden drug crazed society after all -we only think we are. |

One interesting aspect is that the man arrested in the course of the incident, as a suspected drug dealer, was a former police officer. Yup, they're catching up with the big police forces in more ways than one... |

Don't worry we will restrain the scoundrel, we won't let him near you! You may rest safe. The Lincolnshire Constabulary have a gun and they will use it if the circumstances demand. The situation is under control.....for the time being. |

10 Feb 05 - 03:10 PM (#1404930) Subject: RE: BS: Police fire shots in Lincolnshire From: GUEST,Skipy I have not read the story but assume that there where two police in licolnshire with the surname "Shot", possibly a married coulpe or siblings or even Mum-son, mum-daughter or any of the other possible relationships and the police have had to fire them from their jobs. What did they do? Skipy |
