Thanks for that; I've only ever heard it sung by Bob and Kath Drage, but never spoke to them about it or remembered anything but the chorus (probably 'cos I was singing it....). Bob & Kathy are, as far as I know, quite well, although we see nothing of them at the singarounds at Broadstairs since they started charging for them! I think they may well buy a season ticket now, and go to the concerts instead! They are, I know, now editing the Kent folk magazine.
