BS: How to save US corporations

Record Oil profits aside, Walmart's #1 status aside, Defense Contractors aside, Corporations are in trouble and are asking for our help.

The new proposals on the table include limiting/extinguishing class action lawsuits against coporations. At best the new system will take 12 years to bring such a case to court. In reality they will now simply be dismissed by an appointed Federal judge.

New proposal #2
Make personal bankruptcy impossible or at least prohibitively expensive for families with medical bills that they can not pay.
(This way their mortgaged house will have to go back to the bank)

New proposal #3
Extend Immenent domain beyond a need for roads schools and hospitals to accquire your house and property so that Walmart can have your land to expand when ever and where ever they want.

Please, everyone help our poor coporations compete in the ever expanding slave wages market. Whatever it takes please give till it hurts - including taking pain killing drugs that are 16 times deadlier than OTC pain relievers but only 100 times as expensive.

Our Pharmaceutical companies need more protection from the nattering nabobs of negativitity who cry foul everytime one of their own are killed by prescriptions.

Although corporations enjoy many constitutional rights no longer afforded the private citizen, they need your help.

Please do what ever you can to make life just a little better for them. America, apple pie, NASCAR, the Super Bowl and big brotherhood are at stake. What exactly should you do?

Just give them what ever they want and shut up about it.

Sounds so REASONABLE!

Will corporations and companies also be disallowed from declaring bankruptcy?

The corporations need to still be able to go bankrupt just in case any kind of law suit ever does result in a large judgement against them, so they won't have to pay. And also so that companies like Enron (and others) can still afford to give all of the company's sharholder and pension plan holder's money to their top executives when they get into hot water.

That's the beauty of being a corporation. Things go bad... pull the plug and start over...

Meanwhile Joe Sixpack gets sick and looses his job and health insurance, put a fork in Joe Sixpack... He's done.

Yup, difffernt standards for the greedy from the rest of us...

Normal...

Like, what did you expect???...

I think Joe Sixpack needs to get over his phobia of socialism and start forming some collectives. That would solve a lot of his problems. Course that would probably get the black helicopters landing in his corn field. Unless he had them (the cooperatives) legally declared corporate entities.

Hey, that's the answer! We can form cooperative enterprises, call them corporations for the benefit of the MIB squads, and fleece the CEOs of the parasite corporations. We need some good lawyers...

Shoot, Carol... Even the NAACP is under siege from the IRS because Julian Bond made a speech which was critical of King Dumba...

Yep, look more and more for the IRS being used as Bush bullies...

These crooks play some real hardball...

Too bad that there are so many folks out there who are getting a royal screwin' who support them because they think if they don't they'll be made to "marry a queer"...

Sad commentary on the intellect of the average American. Like zip. In an intellect contest with an animal cracker Joe Sixpack looses 4-3. But, hey, at least Joe got on the scoreboard....

What made the Enron type pillages possible is found in the law that was passed by the Clinton Congress (by over riding BClinton's veto) that made it legal for CEO's to deliberately lie about the financial standing of thier corporation.

The bill was commonly reffered to as the "end to frivilous lawsuits".

To properly steal, a law is often passed first to make it legal.

We swallow so many lies we collectively forget about most of them.
Taking people's pensions away once they are about to retire is now common. Adding provivisions to laws at 3AM without Congressional knowledge or debate is not only done but if discovered - the law is not redacted or the Congressional member punished. Congressman Dick Army did such a thing to limit liability of drug companies and not only got away with it, he was not even scolded. Now drug companies who make vaccines that might be "pure poison" can not be sued for more than 250K.

I think I even forgot about the lie that by purchasing cable television we would do away with commercials.

Good night its time for my Soma.

sniff, please send your check to the middleman RNC or directly to the corporation of your choice.
