I've dipped into the Forum from time to time and am always impressed by the wealth of knowledge and helpfulness I've found here. If any of you should also happen to use ICQ, I'd like to return the favor--I've begun a list devoted to discussion of folk and related musical styles, from traditional to contemporary, and worldwide. These sessions will be held at least once weekly. My ICQ number is 24168594 and my nickname is Folksie Lady. We've had one successful chat and will have our second tonight. We have both performers and afficionados on the list--and sometimes they're both. Please feel free to add me to your contact list so that I may inform you of chat session schedules, or just drop by to say hello when I'm online. Claire H. |

(I'm talking to Barbara and Mick at the moment). I know Joe left a link somewhere... I'll see if I can find it. Good thing is you can still surf Mudcat at the same time. Slainte alison |
