I saw Martin Carthy in a library once but I can't remember where. That one was rubbish. Couldn't get a pint. How about a policy on libraries serving beer?

:D

It's when the Polly stops ticking you got to worry - or was that something else?

There's no problem with logging into the Mudcat using a library computer. Not down my way anyway.

Isn't muesli hamster food? Looks and tastes a lot like it, and there's no VAT on it.

I thought it was the crocodile that ticked, or is that a hook on a different thread?

It really isn't funny when the choice is between one of the most dedicated liars in politics (some accolade!), Vlad the Impaler who seems to share Attilla the Hun's views on cultural assimilation (except of course for one particular set of people who are to be preserved from criticism or harm on any ground even if or perhaps particularly if justified), and a man whose mission is single handedly to ensure the profitability of the Scottish whisky industry.

Oh, and probably some tree-hugging hippies and a few neo-nazis.

Where's the evidence that sobriety is a particularly good thing in a politician?
