Scotland & Ireland: Beltaine (Beltane)(or: "when the Sun enters 15° Taurus") on 1st or 3rd of May, from Scottish Gaelic bealltain; the Celtic May Day festival & sabat.

Also US Law Day, English first day of Summer

AND, May Day at Padstow:

Except in Padstow this year we celebrate on Monday as May Day falls on Sunday.
