09 May 05 - 12:53 PM (#1480831) Subject: Morris Teams needed for Festival From: muppitz Hi Are there any Morris teams who would be willing/able to come to Mansfield Folk Festival on the weekend of the 2nd July? In the way of dance teams we currently have Feet First and Local Irish dancing school, Colleen's Celtic Legs, but we are coming a bit short on the Morris dancing side! The deal is, you turn up to dance, we give you a ticket, however, I must stress that as we are only a small festival we can only give tickets to persons who are actual performers, any relatives/spouses and so on will have to purchase a ticket (but they are only £14) Cheers muppitz x |

Most teams have their schedule well and truly planned by now, except maybe one or two late gigs. Also early July is a busy time, have you tryed your local teams?
