12 May 05 - 12:34 PM (#1483383) Subject: millfolk singaround venue change From: GUEST,early Due to a visit from licensing and 4 policemen at the Half Moon the thursday singarounds will take place at Yeadon Cricket Club from 11th May. Sunday bluegrass sessions will also find temporary accomodation there too! Jim the landlord at the Half Moon assures me he is doing his best to achieve a swift resolution to his license problem. As an aside it appears that even now Leeds city council are still not ready to implement the new pel and are advising adherence to the two in a bar rule with a twist - the two in the bar must be the same two all night effectively preventing any singarounds or sessions god preserve us from them cheers all |
