And another lyric request:

Gunslinger was a TV western, starring Tony Young and Preston Foster on CBS in 1961.

The theme was Gunslinger sung by Frankie Laine, of Rawhide fame. The music was by Dimitri Tiomkine, with lyrics by Ned Washington.

There is a Previous Gunslinger Thread is the song listed there the correct one?

Anyone remember it and can get me the lyrics? Thanks in advance.

Anyone ever heard the satiric version that the Limelighters recorded? The gunslinger in this version had a tough upbringing.."When you were a child, did the Cheyenne and Sioux, refuse to play nicely with you?" and similar stuff

Yes, Cheena, I do remember. I still have the old vinyl LP.
