I am dismayed if it's true that academics are being black banned because their Jewish. However, I can support the "black banning" of any academic who propagates the idea that there is a place for torture, as Dershowitz does. This is a very good reason why he should be treated as a bad smell by any institute of learning, not because he's Jewish, but because he is writing papers which can be used as justification by government security agencies to use coercion and pain as methods of extracting information. If it were up to ME, I'd ban him on principle for the volume of really nasty stuff and the work he causes.....but it ain't up to me.
