I am searching for the lyrics and chords, if known, to a Newfoundland tune that, I believe, is titled A Mother's Love is a Blessing.

Hi,

We had a thread on this a while back were we had the lyrics. If you do a thread search you should be able to find it... maybe in a thread called "mother songs" or something like that. (I think it was in the last 6 months or so).

Usually I would got look for you.... but my server is playing VERY hard to get...... and I can't do very much about it.

Maybe one of the others will be able to help if you can't find it.

Hi,

If no one else comes up with the tune I'll post what I know... I only remember the tune for the chorus.... the verse may be similar..... I was almost sure we had a thread for this particular song in the last year but I couldn't find it......

Here's a previous thread we had of Mother songs of the tear jerker variety.. you'll get the words posted by Mick Bracken 24/07/98 04.30
