I would like to print this down as a gift for Christmas but haven't been able to find anything worthwhile anywhere. I'm especially looking for C and double C tuning chord charts. |

I'm sorry I don't know the publisher as I am at the office and can't get my hands on it right now. I believe it cost me about $8.00 Canadian which is baout $5.25 U.S. |
