Folk on the Farm, This weekend

It's a small fes but one of my favourites because it's completely free. Concerts are fairly low key and mostly local to Wolverhampton - Walsall area but it's a great place to sit up all night round a fire sharing songs with a few friends.

One of the things it doesn't say is that the festival starts on Friday evening with Brummie good-time band the Beardogs and an easy going session in the beer tent. There is loads of space for camping, which is also free and it is based round a historic farmhouse.
