06 Jul 05 - 09:10 AM (#1516090) Subject: Doug Gauss, Florida: Surgery Update From: harpgirl For all the friends of Doug Gauss who regularly mudcat, Doug had double bypass surgery yesterday in Tallahassee and he is awake and going to leave ICU for a cardiac room this morning. He is at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital. The muses expect that he will be stronger and happier, as his heart improves. For those of you who don't know Doug's music, he is a contemporary and deep friend of the late Gamble Rogers and Will McLean. He knows thousands of songs and the muses sing with him almost every week. He is our charge. I will be over to see him later today when I finish my workday. love, harpgirl |
