Irish Name for Bonaparte/Rocky Mts.

Hear a few days back for a musician who went to Ireland that Bonaparte Crossing the Rocky Mountains had an Irish name or there was a similar tune that was easily recognized. He didn't remember what they called it. I only know it as an Old-time American Fiddle tune. Any further information?

Is this the same tune as Bonaparte crossing the Rhine? If so my banjo book says it became known as Sherman's March to the Sea during/after the US Civil War. If you can post ABC for the Rocky Mountains I would like to compare them.

There's a song in the data base called "The Regular Army, Oh" (and it has a midi tune you can play back) which is the same as Bonaparte Crossing the Rocky Mountains. Somewhere, unfortunately not in the notes with this song, I remember reading that it was derived from an Irish tune called Dear Old Donegal. Bonaparte Crossing the Rhine and Bonaparte's Retreat are different tunes.
