Thanks Sorcha an interesting piece of information that throws up another question -Who actually played the drums on Elvis' Sun Recordings? I always thought it was Johnny Bernero but according to your transcript it was Jimmie Lott -anyone know for sure? As for "Blues Stay Away From Me" I was lead to believe it was a proper recording and not just a riff before a take, but who knows? I wonder if anyone out there could ask Scotty himself. Regards.
