Has anyone seen this yet?
Looks as if might be a good film, but the history is definetly propoganda rubbish.

Just been read©¥ng that the d©¥rector has adm©¥tted that a lot of the ev©¥l th©¥ngs the Br©¥ts are allged to have done ©¥n the f©¥lm are stra©¥ght from h©¥s ©¥mag©¥nat©¥on. - That wont stop most people th©¥nk©¥ng that ©¥ts a documentary unfortunately. You certa©¥nly wont see any of the massacres of defenceless Br©¥t©¥sh women and ch©¥ldren that were such a feature of the mut©¥ny.

If you've seen it, what's the point?
The film is a Bollywood one about the Sepoy Mutiny, or the First War of Independence as they are calling it, starring Aamir Khan.

And would seem to bear about as much relation to reality as say, Braveheart, or maybe Alice in Wonderland...

Just read some of the reviews. Sounds like Bollywood is going where Hollywood has trod before:-)

And Alice in Wonderland wasn't the documentary, Paul. That was the filmed behind a two way mirror, fly on the wall film, 'Alice through the looking glass'.

I'll get my coat...

Cheers
