Always Beautiful: A Song for Cardiff

Frank Hennessy's new song, "Always Beautiful: A Song for Cardiff" is available on the BBC's website, in English, Welsh, or complete with video (of Cardiff views & Frank busking!)

As the blurb on the page states, he wrote this for Cardiff's anniversary. 100 years a city, and 50 years as capital city.

A Song for Cardiff

Enjoy

Nigel

Sian, that was "John Paul, we welcome you with all our hearts" and I sympathise with you. It hard to get it out of your head. Got to check out that site. Just to see Hennessy busking would be worth it.

Oh yeh. JOHN Paul. Like that is really gonna help me forget.

Actually, it's a lovely video if you've ever lived in Cardiff.

I accept that you're quoting lyrics, but the cover of the single (Yes, I've got the cover, but not the vinyl that goes inside it!) has the title "John Paul Croeso!" "Yr Hennessys"
For those who are Cymrucally challenged, the reverse of the cover reads:
"John Paul Welcome!" "The Hennessys"

I was delighted to find the song "Always Beautiful" on the net, you can't 'pause' Frank when he's singing at the BBC club to copy words down!

Cheers

Nigel
