I had an album with this song on it sung by a fabulous female harmony group - but I can't remember their name. I'd love to have it again. Can anyone help?

It was probably Quartette -- Sylvia Tyson and three others I can't remember. The song is usually called "Bold Wolfe".

I'm remembering a version by either County Down or Huxtable, Christensen, and Hood--but my LPs are at home and I'm at work and unable to check for them.

Charlie, it was indeed recorded by Huxtable, Christensen, and Hood on "Melancholy Babies." Their title for the song was "Bold General Wolfe."
