09 Sep 05 - 03:35 PM (#1560014) Subject: Car Crash clarification From: Leadfingers Just to save myself telling the story over and over in Mudchat , I wrote my car off last Monday as a result of a front wheel puncture on the A1 at nearly seventy miles an hour ! The car did a 180 degree spin and hurtled backwards into the ditch alongside a Lay-By Cafe that was (of course) closed , so i couldnt even get a coffee while I waited for recovery ! All I suffered was a bit of bruising to my hands due to gripping the wheel too hard , but my poor little Honda is a write off ! as someone in chat said ,"The Goddess likes musicians" -Max , CH , Em and several others in the last few months all more or less got away with it ! Lets keep it up !! |
