Maybe "Kentucky Hills Of Tennessee" Part of the chorus goes;
Where the mockin'bird is singin', High up in the laurel tree, Let the Alabama moon ,shine it's light on me, Way back in those old Kentucky hills of Tennessee. A Google search on C.C. only seems to turn up lyrics for "Hot rod lincoln" & "Down to seeds & stems again" |

It was recorded by Commander Cody and His Lost Planet Airmen on the album "Hot Licks, Cold Steel & Truckers' Favorites" (described here at Allmusic.com, and here at Wikipedia). The album was originally issued in 1972 on the Paramount label and reissued in 1988 by MCA. The song was written by William C. Farlow, Jr. (known as Billy C. Farlow), and Michael James Richards.
