I saw them last weekend at the St Ives September Festival and thought they were excellent. They got hold of a standing audience and turned them into a writhing mass of bodies with their infectious line in folky, gypsy, Spanish, Cornish original dance music. The atmosphere they created in the Guildhall was wonderful, and I can't speak too highly of them - and very nice people! They have recently toured supporting The Levellers all over the UK and Europe! Any festival organisers out there ought to book them soon, while they can, cos they are going places!! |
