Brian MacNeill, fiddle etc; Ed Miller, vocals; John Taylor, "superb fiddler". 7 pm. All Souls Unitarian Church, 4501 Walnut. $20 general admission. $10 students. Kids 6 and under, free. I'm not familiar with Ed Miller and John Taylor, but I have been hearing Brian MacNeill for a good many years. The first time I played Brian's music at home, my husband listened, then his eyes widened, and he said, "You mean that's just ONE GUY?" For more info, go to www.mvfs.org |

Too intense, too much angst, he needs a few chill-out pills. Developing a sense of humour wouldn't do any harm either. But, as I said, an amazing instrumentalist. |
