Session, Songs and Sandwiches for Amnesty International

18th October 8.30 pm
Teach Failte Na NGael
(Alexandra Hotel)
Exchange Street
Sheffield

(Down the bottom of the Market place , opposite the Bristol Hotel)

A grand session of tunes and songs ( room to separate out a singers session if desired) in aid of Amnesty International.   Sandwiches provided.

All welcome. No door charge but please buy raffle tickets, badges and donations will be most welcome.

Opportunity to test the acoustics in the function room which are really quite good.

Any questions - jf_seinneadair@yahoo.co.uk

Come and play, sing or just turn up.

Its this Tuesday , its for a good cause and I'm sure that you want to turn up and have a sandwich.   If enough people turn up and buy raffle tickets and badges I won't have time to sing and I'm sure that's of benefit to Sheffield's folk community.

Your Guess is as good as mine

Ok that's not strictly true

Definately one piper, one concertina player, two flutes and hopefully a few other musicians and singers as well.   Other than that I really don't know.   Sent out a lot of circular e-mails and advertised as best I could. Why don't you turn up on speck.   The musicians that are coming are really, really good.

I'd come if I lived within reach Julie but I'm across the channel. I've done a lot of Amnesty benefit gigs over here... a cause I fully support.

Good luck with the session!

Peace

Thanks Moo

I have my fingers crossed otherwise I will have to buy all the raffle tickets myself.
