07 Oct 05 - 11:06 AM (#1578000) Subject: my radio show now streams on the web From: open mike The radio station I host a show on KRBS f.m. http://www.radiobirdstreet.org/home.htm is now streaming our signal on live 365 http://www.live365.com/index.live The Crossroads Show is on the 2nd saturday of the month from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. pacific time (1400-1600 hours) that would be 5-7 mudcat (eastern) time i am not sure if it will be savings time or standard time it seems as if it might be changing soon. any way, see if you can get it Oct 8, Nov, 12, Dec. 10. I think it is listed under community stations. there is a link on the KRBS radio bird street home page maybe i can get some listeners now that the signal goes more than 5 miles!! 07 Oct 05 - 06:56 PM (#1578334) Subject: RE: my radio show now streams on the web From: Bill D 365 wants to set about 15 cookies, use a 'special' player, demands javascript and generally expects YOU to adapt to THEM....I assume that if you use Internet Explorer and don't interfere with Bill Gates' idea of defaults, it will probably play fine. I can listen to most streaming radio just fine using any of 3-4 different programs...but I'm not gonna give up my security features for their one offbeat system. |
