The main concert at Gainsborough Folk Festival on Sunday will feature Duncan McFarlane...His Worship and the Pig (Not to be missed) and of course JULIE FELIX. There are a few tickets still available so if you have the time why not come along? To book:- Trinity Arts Centre Box Office is on 01427 676655.
Best wishes, Mike.

Not to mention a concert just prior to that one, which takes place in The Vestry at the same venue, and which features some EXCELLENT local artists (Mudcatters amongst them!).

Sounds like we'll be doing some keel-hauling to make you sing Villan! Just mind you don't scrape yourself on the barnacles!.
Alternatively, we could put you up on a large pedestal in the Market Place - no lions at the bottom, though we might manage a doggie or two.
That would give the Morris Dancers something to dance round!

A sniper in the rigging
Fired his gun at BB Paul
He said you cheeky little sod
I think youve got some gall

That Villan is a funny guy,
Who's always full of frollicks.
His problem though is obvious!
He talks a load of rubbish......couldn't think of a rhyme!
