Folklore: Help me find a kiddie LP I had as a kid

@ 1960-62 I was given as a gift a 12" vinyl LP of folk/railroad-themed songs aimed at kids. The first track on Side 1 was I've Been Working on the Railroad. Other songs included Billy Boy, Finiculi Finicula and Little Brown Jug. Possibly John Henry and/or Casey Jones, too.
The nice front cover art was a drawing of either a train or perhaps a paddle/show boat with a hobo-like figure riding the rear playing a banjo.
Problem is I can't recall either the album title or the artists, but it's hard to recall exact things from when you were as young as five.
Ring any bells? Thanks, folks.

In the US or UK?
All one artist or a compilation?

I wonder if it was Woody Guthrie or Pete Seeger.

Try looking up the online music stores e.g. cduniverse.com

You can search song titles. E.g. when I put the song I've Been Working on the Railroad it came up with 93 results. This is for CD's so the issue date won't necessarily match with the 1960's date you are looking for but if you look through the list the title may jump out at you and you can click on the title and see the track list.

No help for Mark, but I checked a stack of old kiddies lps I have, and ran across parts of sets called My First Golden Record Library, and The Golden Record Library ("for young America'). There must have been dozens in the collection, music of all kinds. Issued by Pan-Harmonic Musical Education Society, probably for schools.
Esp. interesting are the sets of folk songs, sung by a Win Strake and others. These came out 1955-60. Old standbys from Go Tell Aunt Rhody to Boll Weevil are on the two that I have out of the Folk sets.

Sorry for this digression, but I wondered if any sets like this are available on cd?

Q,

In the list of CD's with the song I've Been Working on the Railroad there were some listed with that title.

Helen, I have checked and can find only incomplete used lps from the Golden Record Library. The names Golden Books, etc., have been taken over by the Disney company, and the old material discontinued.

Try a google of Golden Record Library in North American quotations.
