Several states now do have "anti-evolution" dictates in their "standard curricula." Kansas attempted to do it, I believe in 1999, requiring the teaching of "Creationism as an alternate theory" or some such along that line. Elections and a new school board eliminated it then, and hopefully the same will happen again - but one never knows. John |
