28 Nov 05 - 10:04 AM (#1615474) Subject: Lincoln Unplugged (Drill Hall) tonight 8 From: Georgiansilver The monthly 'DO' at the Drill Hall in Lincoln UK.... 'Lincoln Unplugged' is on tonight. I can recommend this to anyone who has a little singing talent and wants to 'have a go'(any type of song or music) or just watch....I go to watch. The talent varies from mediocre to fantastic and gives a good, rounded evenings entertainment. Best wishes, Mike. |

There was a late arrival...called Mervyn I believe. I think this guy will seek out the Folk scene locally and will become well known. He was good!. On the whole an enjoyable evening. Best wishes, Mike. |

29 Nov 05 - 08:12 AM (#1616263) Subject: RE: Lincoln Unplugged (Drill Hall) tonight 8 From: Strollin' Johnny Should also have said that, although the evening was a tad 'quieter' than usual (i.e. fewer audience), it was as enjoyable as always. The audience at Lincoln Drill Hall are a very generous bunch, as are the other performers, and it's always a pleasure to play to them. S:0) |
