The monthly 'DO' at the Drill Hall in Lincoln UK.... 'Lincoln Unplugged' is on tonight. I can recommend this to anyone who has a little singing talent and wants to 'have a go'(any type of song or music) or just watch....I go to watch. The talent varies from mediocre to fantastic and gives a good, rounded evenings entertainment.
Best wishes, Mike.

I shall be there with my trusty guitar, fulfilling the first part of the talent-scale.

Strollin' you were one of the better performers tonight I have to say. There was a late arrival...called Mervyn I believe. I think this guy will seek out the Folk scene locally and will become well known. He was good!. On the whole an enjoyable evening.
Best wishes, Mike.

Might I play St. Albans again at some future date? Hope so!
Yes I met Chris - so jealous I almost took a meat-cleaver to his fingers! What a player, incredible!
Also met The Ref and Moses The Magnificent - excellent stuff and looking forward to their visit to MR.
All the best from t'frozen North.

Should also have said that, although the evening was a tad 'quieter' than usual (i.e. fewer audience), it was as enjoyable as always. The audience at Lincoln Drill Hall are a very generous bunch, as are the other performers, and it's always a pleasure to play to them.

Well, there's meself - but I was elswhere on the Monday in question. I too have played the Unplugged nights at the Drill Hall though and can confirm what has been said - an appreciative audience, a pleasant setting and a great variety of music.
