Our 'Comin' Out' CD got him into enough trouble although he is now licenced to allow children to sit on his knee a la F.Xmas.

These geezers don't need a website Rockhen as you will see them live on Friday and they will see you live on Friday. Thats scary int it :-)

What a motly collection of mudcatters there will be

The Villan
Rockhen
Sttaw Legend
Hand-Pulled Boy
The Caveman

I am sure there will be other mudcatters there as well. Will Sir John from ull be there, or has the tyre on his pushbike got a puncture.

They will go anywhere that has plenty of Gentlemens' oufitters. They are the most colour coordinated trio after The Batchelors!

Yorkie, thanks for your comments. We are currently talking to York council about doing a gig in the shopping centre near the Yorvik Centre, sometime next year.....but this is still many phone calls away, will keep you informed.

Market Rasen Folk Club tonight

I've lost my passport, Hand-Pulled-Boy was never allowed one, Caveman has eaten his......we will have to bribe the border guards

Ive had a word with the border guards, and they have asked me to find out any special marks on your bodies, that would identify you from the crowd.
If you post them here and I get the info to them on time, then providing what you say is true, they will let you through.
cheers
Les

40 chairs means a lot of people. Is it too late to have a practice?

Subject: RE: harriWatts band Christmas greeting gigs
From: Rasener

Its never too late HPB.

40 is only the comfortable chairs.
Theres another 40 uncomfortable chairs.

The fights are great to watch as people try to get the comfortable ones.

Thanks guys for such an excellent set.
For anybody that hasn't seen these harriWatters before, make sure you get to one of their gigs, you will not be disapointed.
Hope you all got home safely. Thanks for staying all evening and supporting all the other artists.
The ciggy song was a great success. It was so good poor old mellow cello coudn't stop coughing. I hope she gets better quickly. Doesn't she play that cello smashingly.
Did the border guards stop you on the way home?
Cheers
Les

Yeah...fantastic HW chaps! Where can we find out about your gigs, cos we'd like to hear you play a longer set? Thoroughly enjoyed hearing you and meeting you guys on Friday.
Have you got an email mailing list...We have a message board for our gigs as well as a very basic website. IF you want to add your gigs to the message board, PM me and I will invite one or more of you on so you can maybe reach, er...probably 3 more people haha
Mello cello is a bit better...she has been really ill so it was great she made it on Friday.
Hope to see you at MRFC again soon, if not before.
PS I have details for the Processed Pea Folk CLub at Etton, is that near you? You should contact them for a gig.

Rockhen
Thanks we are looking forward to the gig, we may venture over prior to that if time allows.

Glad Mello Cello is feeling a little better….her rendition of the "Ciggy Song" was excellent, it will not be the same without her coughing harmony.

We do have a mailing list PM your "3" emails and we will add you to it. Will keep a look out for when you are on and hope to get to see one of your gigs. Process Pea is near us, we have done supports there before, hope to be back there in 2006.

Sweetypie, hello! If you were looking for Humbleton it's nowhere near Wales. Go through Sproatley and turn right. Reading this thread you'll realise we've had to travel to Lincolnshire to confuse more people. It wasn't difficult, they seemed to like us! We are looking forward to going again and taking our sleeping bags. Having said that I've started with a bad cold. Nice cello!

Hanyway, I'm sure we can trust you a bit longer regarding outstanding accounts. As you are aware we have conquered Lincolnshire and even sold a couple of CD's. How's the world of Cracktown?

Will pass on your thanks to Mello Cello for her coughing harmony...she is also excellent at doing chipmunk voice impressions but is very shy about it...you must ask her if you see her!
Hope you mange to get over before your gig which is years and years away...If you are not gigging that night, yourselves, WWW are playing 30 min set at Faldingworth Fri Jan 13th if you guys want to cough loudly through all our set to return the favour!
Bring your cds next time you come over, I was skint last time!
