Just draged myself out of bed after a very late night and two hour drive home from Edinburgh. But, a great night and well worth it particulary from The Anne Massie Band, Kirkwall City Pipe Band and Blazin' Fiddles. A couple of tunes from Paddy Moloney, at the end, was amemorable added delight. I feel there could be a danger, though, of this event becoming, "The Gaelic Music Awards", although, thankfully, there was a lot less Kilted noncence compaired to last year.

Yes, it would have been good to have heard some Scots songs! My highlight was Jim Reid winning the Scots Singer of the Year, and Paddy Moloney blew me away (nae pun intended!)
