Just wondered if any of the folkies out there ever enjoyed any of XTC's occasional folkish excursions, like "Yacht Dance" or "Love On A Farmboy's Wages" ? Personally, I love 'em; wish they'd do it more often.

I know Andy Cutting is a huge fan of XTC.

So much so, he tried to get my husband's t-shirt off him in Bedford, 'cos it had the Uffington White Horse on it.

The Poozies did a great version of "Farmboy's Wages" too - it's on one of the earlier albums

Loved XTC.
I sing "Scissor Man" as a kids' song. All my nieces and nephews know it.
