What song is this line from? Heard it on the radio in past decades. Probably from the 60's. Sounded like New Christy Minstrels, or maybe Back Porch Majority. Maybe "will" is "shall". There's something about bells on toes.

Yes I found info on the nursery rhyme, but not yet about the rendition I heard.
