28 Dec 05 - 07:13 AM (#1635909) Subject: EPWORTH FOLK CLUB From: Ep' Eric I'm back, after a sojourn in Lancashire (dare I say the word). I didn't want to broadcast my absence to all the villains(with one exeption) in the area. Still as confused as ever over permathreads but maybe time and experiments will remedy that. Iv'e come back with a strange request?. Does anyone have a recording of Darren Gough in the final of the Come Dancing competition for my poorly nephew.? He,s cricket mad, if I could borrow a copy for a few days I could him so much happier. Ep'th Folk will be holding it's usual fortnightly meeting at the Old School Inn, Epworth On Monday 2nd. of January at 8.pm. It will be a singers and players night so be in fine voice. |

Unfortunately copies are not available, for copywright reasons, so I havn't got what we wanted. Better luck next time. EP |

02 Jan 06 - 07:41 AM (#1639504) Subject: RE: EPWORTH FOLK CLUB From: Rasener Eric I have put the link on your perma thread. Just stop posting on this thread and only use the perma thread from now on. 02 Jan 06 - 11:13 AM (#1639613) Subject: RE: EPWORTH FOLK CLUB From: Rasener Eric why are you posting on this thread. This is the basic thread not the Perma thread? Curiosity killed the cat. :-) Les |
02 Jan 06 - 12:46 PM (#1639697) Subject: RE: EPWORTH FOLK CLUB From: Ep' Eric Villan, Because I know that JK. monitors this thread. I don,t know about the other one. This will be the last one, if you recommend it,until I learn more. Eric |
02 Jan 06 - 01:15 PM (#1639714) Subject: RE: EPWORTH FOLK CLUB From: Rasener Eric JK has posted on the Perma thread so she knows it exists. So let this one die and I will keep your Perma thread refreshed so that it will be on the list, until you get the hang of it. So just post on the Perma Thread for the moment. Look for the thread that says "Epworth Folk Club Perma Thread" and that is the one to use, and that is the one that you can edit. When I have posted this message, I will bring the Perma Thread above this one. Hopefully, people will stop posting on this one from now on, and it will dissapear off the list. For the moment, do not create any new threads. Les |

05 Mar 12 - 02:38 PM (#3317786) Subject: RE: Epworth Folk Club From: Ep' Eric Yes Ian, it was a good un again, with a couple of visitors from Ireland. Man and wife. He a fine guitarist and she a good singer. Should have been four more but I am told they were scared off by the dog. Sorry for the neglect of duty lately but my legs are still playing up and it's hard work walking to the computer. Hope to give you a longer report later. Eric. |
