I found this link from that article about a lioness adopting not one but 3 (one after the other) a couple or more years ago even weirder. |

The clip starts with a girl, standing in a front garden, whirling a hula-hoop (remember those?)around her waist. It then switches to the back garden where an Alsatian dog is depicted whirling the metal rim of a bicycle wheel around its neck! The plummy voice of the announcer states that the dog had taught itself this trick (presumably in an attempt to imitate the girl)! I'm sorry that this story does not involve hamsters ... |
22 Jan 06 - 06:37 PM (#1653829) Subject: RE: BS: a sad day for hamsters..or not From: Liz the Squeak I saw that programme too... did you not see the hamster featured in another clip? Little girl is obviously very upset that her hamster cage is empty and her little pet gone. She phones her daddy who is on his way to work in a super duper car, speeding down the autobahn. Daddy is presumably sympathetic on the phone and then speeds up. Cut to hamster running inside the car wheel..... LTS |
